- Final pricing may change after a physical site inspection.
- Quotation validity is generally 15 days unless stated otherwise.
4. Payments
- Advance payment may be required before installation.
- The remaining balance must be paid after completion of the work unless agreed otherwise.
- Payments are non-transferable.
5. Installation
- The customer must provide access to the installation site.
- Electrical power and internet connection (if required) should be available.
- Unexpected structural changes may result in additional charges.
6. Warranty
- Warranty depends on the manufacturer's policy.
- Physical damage, water damage, fire, lightning, misuse, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.
7. AMC Services
- AMC includes routine inspections and preventive maintenance as per the selected plan.
- Replacement of defective hardware may incur additional charges unless covered under warranty.
8. Customer Responsibilities

- Ensure a safe working environment for technicians.
- Protect login credentials for DVR/NVR and mobile applications.
9. Limitation of Liability
HMS SOLUTIONS is not responsible for losses caused by power failures, internet outages, theft, natural disasters, or equipment misuse. CCTV systems are intended to assist with monitoring but cannot guarantee the prevention of incidents.
10. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before installation. Any costs already incurred for materials or special orders may be deducted from refunds where applicable.
